Moving to the South West
Whatever your living requirements there is something for everyone, from city living apartments to thatched country cottages and all that’s in between. Some say that living in the South West is more laid back and relaxed, but that doesn’t mean you won’t find culture or adventure. You’ll find great schools, plenty of free family activities and animal experiences, including zoos and aquariums. If you’re looking for more to entice you to our region then you’re sure to enjoy a wealth of classic entertainment on your doorstep from; cinemas, gyms, theatres to theme parks, museums, nightclubs and gig venues. If you’re looking for even more action then you’ll enjoy the many opportunities to get out in the great outdoors with wild swimming, canoeing and kayaking, climbing and horse riding. We’re a pretty creative region and you’ll find many classes including jewellery making, languages, yoga, mindfulness, dance, pottery and cookery.
Famous for
Sunshine, rugby, cream teas, the Jurassic coast line, railways, Jack Russell dogs are all synonymous with the South West. It’s also a popular filming location for films (War Horse, Alice in Wonderland) and television shows (Sense and Sensibility, Poirot).

You’re spoilt for choice with the cultural hotspots of Bath, Bristol and Exeter, the Moors and of course the beautiful coastlines. You’re also close to London transport links.

In my spare time, I really like to get out on my bike. The South West is a great place for cycling.
