Who are we?
With a team of around 4,000 people across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, we’re the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We provide in and outpatient care for the people in our communities, and also offer specialist support to people with dementia or learning disabilities. While some of our staff work in our 12 community hospitals, we can also be found in homes as well as community clinics and bases.
While our region has a population of just over 532,000, thousands flock to our beautiful coast on holiday each year. This dramatically increases the number of people we support. We work closely with colleagues in social care and our acute hospitals, and around 1 in 3 people are supported by acute hospitals in Devon.
Our vision is delivering high quality care and we underpin this with four key objectives: great care, great organisation, great people, and great partners. We strive to meet the needs of our communities, our planet, our teams, and our partners in the SWPC. And we would love to see more people join us in our corner of the country to do the same.
Where are we?
We provide services across Cornwall, supporting a huge permanent population as well as holidaymakers from all over.
At Bowman LSU, we support staff with provision of care and offer secure services. For Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, we run a unit at Bodmin Hospital known as Sowenna; here, we have 12 beds available for inpatient care.
