Occupational Therapists

As an Occupational Therapist you’ll work to transform the mental health of our patients and put their recovery first.

Our Occupational Therapists work within multidisciplinary teams across each of our Provider Partners to transform the lives of our patients, putting their recovery first and allowing them to gain back their independence and, in some cases, return to their livelihoods. It’s an incredibly rewarding role with opportunities for growth and development throughout your career.

Our Provider Partners will ensure that you receive all the necessary training you need to thrive in your position. You’ll assess and treat service users by developing personalised care plans and you’ll work flexibly to make sure you're meeting all of the varied needs of those in our communities. One of the great benefits of this work is that no two days are the same.

A passion for the provision of mental health care is incredibly important, and it’s likely that you’ll also need a current (or pending) HCPC registration and RCOT membership with evidence of CPD (Continuing Professional Development). We're sure that you’ll love living and working in the scenic South West.
