Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses

As a Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse you’ll improve the lives of people across our communities with varied and complex needs.

Our Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses work in a range of roles across each of our Provider Partners and support multidisciplinary teams with the provision of mental health care. Using their skills and knowledge, they assess patients, and develop, implement and evaluate care plans on an individual basis. It’s a fantastic opportunity to better the lives of people across our communities.

Your patients are likely to have varied and complex mental health support needs. We operate inpatient care facilities for the treatment of eating disorders, CAMHS Tier 4, and also offer low and medium secure services across the region. It’s an incredibly rewarding role with a huge amount of real-world impact, and you’ll receive all of the appropriate training for your chosen speciality.

There are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop within this role – supporting your progression is a real priority. And with our region covering a huge area from Gloucester all the way down to the Cornwall, you're bound to find somewhere that suits your individual needs.
