Apprentice Receptionist and Telephonist

We are looking for the next rising star to develop their skills and work within our Sexual Health team.
If you are organised, a team player, enthusiastic and willing to learn, then we want you to be part of our Admin team.
Our friendly team are based at Hope House. You will work supporting the Reception team to provide key administrative support.
Alongside this full-time administrative role you will be enrolled onto the Customer Service Programme and will be expected to study and complete assignments to achieve a recognised Level 3 Customer Service qualification. The apprenticeship will include the expectation to complete the Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship within an 16 month timeframe which includes an end point assessment.
Your salary will be £12,514.35 per year. After 12 months, the salary will increase to national minimum wage. The opportunities to upskill will continue as Further higher-level apprenticeships are available upon completion of the Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship for suitable candidates.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will provide important administrative support to the team and will need to maintain and demonstrate Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team delivering an effective service to ensure that services meet the operational needs.
