Vaccination and FIT Testing Corporate Business Administrator
Job summary
We are seeking a highly competent administrator for our vaccination and FIT Testing programme for a 12 month fixed term period. The applicant we seek must be able to work fairly independently, have good communication and organisation skills.
We are open to applications from candidates looking at a job share / part time role or as a secondment opportunity.
Ability to perform FIT Testing, troubleshoot FIT Testing technical issues and liaise with the manufacturer is essential. Also, buddying with other FIT Testers and supporting their competence and confidence once they have completed the regulated training.
FIT testing training will be provided as part of the induction programme
There will be a requirement to travel across the trust to meet the requirements of this role.
Main duties of the job
This post will involve travelling across all DPT inpatient sites to lead on FIT Testing.
The vaccination programme will involve overseeing all administration aspects of this, booking in vaccination clinics, adding shifts to HealthRoster, ordering vaccination equipment and importantly entering data to contribute to reporting.
